These Terms of Service govern the use of the Alles Gut app and related services. By registering and using the app, you accept these terms.

1. Scope and Contract Formation

These terms apply to all users of the Alles Gut app. The contract is formed upon successful registration. Alles Gut is an app for regular life signs (check-ins). Users can check in at self-selected intervals. If a check-in is missed, the registered emergency contacts are automatically notified by email.

The basic features of Alles Gut are free to use. These include: check-in function, up to 5 emergency contacts, push notifications, and email notifications to contacts. We reserve the right to offer paid premium features in the future. These will be clearly marked and require separate consent.

We strive for high service availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. In case of unplanned outages, we work to restore service as quickly as possible.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms with reasonable notice. Significant changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination and Account Deletion

You can delete your account at any time without giving reasons in the app settings. All your data will be permanently removed. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for serious violations of these terms.

9. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is Germany.
